Policies
- A $500 advanced deposit is required at time of booking
- Upon arrival, a $500 security deposit will be required
- Security deposits are refunded within 45 days after departure
- An minimum age of 25 years is required to rent
- All reservations require a 50% prepayment of rent 60 days prior to arrival
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Checks, Travelers Checks accepted.
- Rates apply to a 4 person occupancy. A $10 per day per person fee will be applied to each additional guest in unit up to 6 guests
- All long distance calls are accessible with a calling card. Local calls are free
- Rates subject to change without prior notice
- Management reserves the right to change unit number assigned wihtout notice
- Check-in time is 3pm
- Check-out time is 10am
Cancellation Policy
- If reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival, $300 will be returned to renter, and $200 willl be retained by HOTS as an administrative charge. If reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be retained by HOTS.
